The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is the psychological acupressure technique used to optimize your emotional and physical health. It involves the use of fingertips rather than needles to tap on the end points of energy meridians that are situated just beneath the surface of the skin at your fingers, face, upper torso, and hands. The treatment is non-invasive and pain free.

A combination of tapping the energy meridians and voicing positive affirmations works to clear the “short-circuit” – the emotional block — from your body’s electromagnetic, bioenergic system. This helps restore mind and body’s balance and the healing of mental/emotional/physical pain.
