Recovering from Fibromyalgia: Am I Crazy?
by Jacob Teitelbaum, MD
After dealing with an insane and skeptical medical system, those of you with CFS or fibromyalgia, or even just day-to-day fatigue, often begin to wonder if you’re crazy.Well rest assured that you’re not! … at least no more so than than everyone else 🙂
Let’s take a look at this problem in a little more depth. The medical community has a bad habit: When doctors can’t figure out what’s wrong with their patients, they too often resort to branding them “nuts.” Imagine calling an electrician because your lights don’t work. The electrician checks all your wiring, can’t find the problem, and says, “You’re crazy. There’s nothing wrong with your lights.” You flip the switches and they still don’t work, but the electrician just says it again, “I’ve looked. There’s no problem here,” and walks out the door. This is exactly what many people with CFS/FMS and day-to-day fatigue experience. Continue reading

The Pill is chemical castration. We cannot continue to not see this.
Clinicians know it. Women themselves know it because they feel better off the Pill. But researchers mysteriously decline to examine the reality that is right in front of us. They decline to challenge the Pill gospel and instead waste research money comparing one Pill to another. Why attempt to choose the best of a bad lot? The real question should be: “Aren’t women better off without these drugs?”
Challenging The Pill Gospel
The Pill gospel rests on the delusion that hormonal contraception is a substitute for real human hormones. It is not a substitute. The franken-steroid drugs in the Pill, patch or implant are not even hormones. Pill-induced bleeds are not periods. Continue reading

(NaturalNews) The adrenal glands are responsible for producing major hormones that help the body reproduce and adapt to stress. The adrenal glands produce over 50 hormones that are absolutely essential to your health and vitality. When the adrenals get overworked, it creates adrenal fatigue which can be devastating to the body.
The adrenal glands are no bigger than a walnut and weigh less than a grape, yet they produce some of the most important compounds in the body. Of the many different hormones secreted by the adrenals, you have steroid hormones such as adrenalin, cortisol, aldosterone, estrogen and testosterone.

Bisphenol A (BPA) is a dangerous toxin and will someday be completely banned from use in consumer goods. But we’re still a long way from that day. BPA is a compound that’s found in a wide variety of plastic products (eating utensils, plates, bowls, baby bottles, pacifiers, etc.) and…the lining of many food and beverage cans.
Two years ago, a study in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) found that high urinary BPA concentrations appear to be linked to increased risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and abnormal concentrations of liver enzymes.
