Don’t believe the hype: Sugar alcohols like Xylitol are neither sugar nor alcohol and may increase your risk of breast cancer
If you are on a healing path for any kind, hands down you want to avoid sugar. For the roughly 9% of the U.S. population suffering from diabetes (and the 40% of the population who are said to be “pre-diabetic”), the case against it is clear. Of course, if you are dealing with cancer, remember that sugar feeds tumors! You may also know that artificial sweeteners aren’t any better, as recent studies have directly linked chemical substances such as aspartame to cancers like leukemia and breast cancer.
But what about so-called “sugar alcohols” such as xylitol, erythitol, mannitol and sorbitol? They are touted in the media as “natural” and good for diabetes and those who want to prevent tooth decay. But how safe are they really? Continue reading

Top doctors: Chemotherapy One of Dozens of Procedures Shown to ‘Give no Benefit’
Chemotherapy is arguably one of the medical industry’s biggest frauds. Perhaps that’s why it recently landed on a list of ineffectual treatments drawn up by the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges (AMRC).
The list was created by 11 top specialists, who were each asked to think of five treatments they felt provided little to no patient benefits. And surprise, surprise – chemotherapy was one of them. Doctors from the AMRC said that chemotherapy cannot cure terminal cancer, and may bring unneeded distress in the final months of life. Continue reading
“A new study has shown for the first time how limonoids, natural compounds present in lemons and other citrus fruit, impede both ER+ and ER- breast cancer cell growth. This sheds new light on the importance of citrus fruit for breast cancer prevention and supports past studies which showed fruit consumption may lower breast cancer risk.(1)”
All kinds of people are saying that the entire lemon should be used with nothing wasted. Not only for the obvious health benefits but also for the amazing taste!
Simple, take an ORGANIC lemon, wash it, and then put it in the freezer. Once it is frozen you get whatever is necessary to grate or shred the whole lemon without even peeling it first. Or you can make lemon cubes! To do this, simply blend the lemon peel and all and pour it into an ice cube tray.
Then sprinkle it on your salad, ice cream, soup, cereals, noodles, spaghetti sauce, or whatever. No holds barred. What you will experience is that whatever you sprinkle it on will take on a taste you may never have experienced before. Continue reading
All you need to become empowered to make cancer-preventive changes is knowledge. I suggest you not only learn this information for your own benefit, but also share it with other women in your life as well.
Putting on antiperspirant is a routine part of most people’s day, and you may not think much about it. But here’s why you should: if you use one containing aluminum, you could be increasing your risk of breast cancer. Continue reading
Ginger is a wonderfully flavored spice that is prevalent in Asian and Indian cooking. It is also used in sweets as well as brewed in teas and other beverages. Ginger has been revered in many cultures for its medicinal properties, as it can help to relieve nausea, digestive issues and pain. Ginger is in the same family as turmeric and cardamom.
However, exciting recent research has shown that ginger has properties showing it can help prevent cancer. In fact, this sweet spice seems to cause harmful cancer cells to extinguish themselves. Continue reading
According to the National Cancer Center at the National Institute of Health, the word cancer is “a term used for diseases in which abnormal cells divide uncontrollably and are able to invade other tissues.” We all know the rest of the story─thousands of lives lost from Breast Cancer alone and billions of dollars wasted in the drive to “find a cure.” Despite all this, surgery, chemo and radiation are still the only conventional options available. But what if conventional cancer research and the treatment plans that stem from them, have been asking the wrong questions? Continue reading
When in doubt, cut it out! That’s been the breast cancer industry’s sickening mantra for years. The moment a mammogram or biopsy turns up a tumor — or even abnormal tissue — you’ll have some mainstream surgeon in your ear promising that a lumpectomy or mastectomy will save your life. He’ll even tell you that it’s better to be safe than sorry.
But a massive new study proves that thousands of American women are being needlessly disfigured and traumatized ever single year. All thanks to aggressive breast surgery that we now know won’t add a single day to your life.
