Veggie Cleaner Spray
To insure your fruits and vegetables are healthy to eat, buy organic. But whether you buy organic or not, spray them prior to eating. Then after 5-10 minutes, rinse thoroughly with non-chlorinated and non-fluoridated water. The spray below will kill all viruses, fungus, molds, parasites, bacteria and other unhealthy contaminants.
INGREDIENTS
- - 1 cup water
- - 1 cup distilled white vinegar
- - 1 Tbsp. baking soda
- - 20 drops of grapefruit seed extract*
Combine all ingredients in a large container. Then, transfer to a spray bottle with a pump.
*Grapefruit seed extract is available at your local health food store
